“Mending & Redefining Us” is designed for couples and unions that have experienced relational challenges and are seeking healing, renewal, and reconnection.
The workshop addresses core relational issues such as unresolved hurt, betrayal, communication breakdown, emotional distance, and intimacy challenges. Participants are supported in identifying root causes of conflict, practicing forgiveness, and rebuilding trust and connection.
Through guided dialogue and experiential processes, couples are empowered to transform conflict into meaningful communication and to redefine their relationship with greater clarity, compassion, and intentionality.
